We are committed to carefully packaging and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, launches, sales, or high-volume periods.

  • Handmade and custom items may require additional preparation time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will receive pickup instructions by email once the order is ready.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned to sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Candleicious is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

However, we will do our best to help you resolve any shipping issues.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
